Property Prices In Bourgogne Increasing

Property prices in the northern part of the region seem to be increasing rapidly (and properties are flying out of the agency rapidly as well).

In the last six months property prices seem to have risen by more than 10% in Cote d'Or.

This may be as a result of various articles in the UK press pointing out that Cote' d'Or is a property hotspot. It may also be because the British are now discovering what a wonderful place Bourgogne is to live in or to come to for a holiday.

Nevertheless there are still many bargains to be had.

Rumour – RyanAir to fly to Dijon from The UK Again?

Could it be true? Can it really happen? Will flights from the UK be reinstated to Dijon airport?
According to Burgundyeye.com Ryanair MAY start flights into Dijon from Stansted again.
