Detailed below are the charges we make for our immobilier/agency services to help you move to the area when you buy a house from us:

• Attendance at and explanation of the acte authentique signing €0.00

YES. It's true - we DON'T charge for these services (and we don't believe they should be charged for).

The only charge not shown on a property price is the notaires fee - this varies from 7-10% (and ALL agencies and immobiliers MUST charge this), but we do tell you about this and can get a precise price for this when you enquire about a property.

We also have the compromis de vente in English and French in a document as standard (again we don't charge for this).

Please note the prices above are NOT a special offer and are not used by us during your visit as a 'softner' i.e. this is part of our service and we don't charge extra for it ...... ever (oh, and we don't load the house prices either - most properties are listed with other agencies - take a look at those other agencies and compare our house prices with theirs!).
